  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number...

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number from our premium carriers (FedEx or UPS).

  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time

We currently specialize in shipping to North America and Europe.

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days via FedEx / UPS.

  • Important: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or local logistics operations.

3. Shipping Terms & Restrictions

  • Address Accuracy: We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

  • No P.O. Boxes: To ensure the secure delivery of high-value hair products, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

  • Signature Required: Most orders will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your package reaches you safely.

4. Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authorities.

  • We offer Free Shipping on eligible orders to North America and Europe.

  • FLEXIGRIP LIMITED reserves the right to select the most efficient carrier (FedEx or UPS) based on the destination and current logistics availability.

  • Free shipping is available for standard delivery areas. For regions identified as 'Remote Areas' by our carriers (FedEx/UPS), an additional surcharge may apply. Our team will contact you before shipment if such a fee is required.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • FLEXIGRIP LIMITED is not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after the carrier (FedEx/UPS) marks the status as "Delivered."

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@flexigripxwig.com. We will work with the carrier to initiate a formal investigation.
