EMYTIDE - Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for choosing EMYTIDE LIMITED. We take pride in the quality of our 100% Human Hair products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns To ensure health and hygiene standards, items must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Lace must be uncut, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • The product must not be bleached, dyed, permed, or chemically treated in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized products (including custom length, density, or special texture requests).

  • Items that have been washed, cut, or altered.

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

3. Return Process

  • Please contact us at wig@eytideshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition (including the lace).

  • Once approved, we will provide the return instructions to our EMYTIDE Logistics Center in Xuchang, Henan, China (Zip: 461600).

  • Note: Unauthorized returns (sent back without approval) will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for prepaying return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee based on their chosen carrier.

  • If the item is verified as defective or incorrect upon arrival due to our error, EMYTIDE will bear the shipping cost.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: Your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment (Shopify Payments or PayPal) within 3-5 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for immediate verification.
