Thank you for choosing EMYTIDE LIMITED. We take pride in the quality of our 100% Human Hair products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Returns To ensure health and hygiene standards, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Lace must be uncut, unaltered, and undamaged.

  • The product must not be bleached, dyed, permed, or chemically treated in any way.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (special length, density, or textures).

  • Items that have been washed, cut, or altered.

  • Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

3. Return Process

  1. Please contact us at tadu@emytideshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item's current condition.

  3. Once approved, please ship the item to our Logistics Center: No. 143 Xuchang Hair Park, Xuchang, Henan, China (Zip: 461000). Note: We recommend contacting us first to ensure your return is tracked and processed efficiently.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to consumer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

  • If the item is verified as defective or incorrect due to our error, EMYTIDE will bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved: Your refund will be applied to your original method of payment (Shopify Payments or PayPal) within 7 business days.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos for immediate verification.
